Someone asked if I had anything from “The Firebird Suite” from Fantasia 2000. I have this, which is a combination of several layers of pencil animation (mostly effects) and the final composites. An interesting watch.

One last piece of Aristocats. This one is an early version of a scene which was animated by Milt Kahl. He originally had Thomas O’malley designed with stripes. You can also see his design of Duchess in there. Milt went on Vacation during production and Ollie Johnston eventually redid the scene.(He did the last half of it already) Below is a note from Milt to Ollie.
